It was a good talk last night by David Metcalfe and I think all those present should have learnt something. It was interesting to listen to how David had evoled his methods of growing onions over the years.

Now David is a firm believer in the use of Compost Tea as opposed to using any other kinds of feeds during the year. He does however have a particular mixture of ingredients in which he grows his onions, he shared that with us and I have put a copy of the mixtures in the members section (meeting notes).

Whether you are planning to show onions or whether you simply want to increase your onion yields, we have all the ingredients that David mentioned in his talk available at the trading sheds.
