On the schedule of meetings for the year, the March meeting is simply written down as Onions by David Metcalf. This does not do justice to what we can expect, David Metcalf has a reputation for growing top class Leeks and Onions over a long time.

He is also prepared to share with us the techniques he uses to grow these prize winning crops. Even if you do not intend to be an onion and leek competitor, you will certainly learn a great deal on growing from an expert.

It promises to be a good night and we are expecting a big turnout so make sure you arrive in plenty of time this coming Thursday (3rd March) for the 8pm start.
