2016 AGM

It was nice to see so many people turn up for the first meeting of the year last night. We also had a number of new members which is always nice to see. Since the AGM itself did not take long it was followed by an informative and entertaining talk by the chairman. For those who stayed to the end you also got to see a video of his little Rotifer. If you missed it I am sure he will let you have a look if you ask him!

Remember if you want any of the products that Mick mentioned they are available from the trading shed. We only stock products that are worth selling and are cheaper than similar productss sold by the high street stores. Now is the time to start buying the fertilisers needed for your beds particularly things like Perlka which helps to combat onion white rot and clubroot in brassicas. This is because as well as being a fertiliser as it decomposes it also produces a fungicide that kills off the spores that are in the soil.
