2 Weeks to the Show

There are only 2 weeks left to this years show, we are looking for volunteers to help setup the hall at 8:30am on the day of the show and again to help pack away on Sunday morning at 9:00am.
Don't forget to read the schedule carefully and ensure that you present the exhibts in the appropriate manner.
Also remember to ensure that you not only present the exhibts as required but that they look their best.
If you are not sure then ask one of the committee members.
Over the last couple of years space has been limtied on the show bench, if you do not have room to display your exhibt then ask a committee member to move the exhibts to make room, do not move other peoples exhibts yourself.
