It was nice to see a number of new members at the meeting last night, it was a little unfortunate that there was a lot of background noise from the air conditioning and the people in the other room which made it a little difficult for those at the back of the room to hear. Unfortunately the speaker did not have a microphone. Our speaker provided an interesting history of the Cottage Garden or as he pointed out at the end the term Cottage Garden means different things to different people! But we had an interesting history of gardens associated with cottages.
